How to Make UGC Ads with AI in Minutes (2026 Guide)

UGC ads are the highest-converting format on Meta and TikTok — but filming them is slow and expensive. With AI, you can produce a batch of authentic UGC video ads in minutes. Here's the exact workflow.

1. Write hooks that stop the scroll

The hook is 80% of the ad. Start with 5–8 short, punchy openers — a pattern-interrupt, a bold claim, or a relatable problem. In UGCClip, the Variations node takes one hook per line and renders one ad per line, so you A/B test the whole batch at once.

2. Pick (or generate) an AI actor

Choose a relatable creator — the more "real and imperfect" they look, the better UGC performs. You can generate a custom photoreal actor from a description and reuse them across every ad for a consistent face and voice.

3. Generate the video with native audio

Wire the actor, scene, and hook into a Generate node. The AI renders a talking-actor clip with natural spoken audio — no separate voiceover needed. Keep scripts to ~2–3 words per second so the delivery doesn't feel rushed.

4. Show the real product

For product ads, compose the actor holding your actual product into one frame first, then animate it — so the real product appears on screen instead of a generic stand-in. Intercutting a clean product shot makes it look like a real brand ad.

5. Finish and export

Trim the best clips, add transitions and music in Final Cut, and export 9:16 ads ready for Meta, TikTok, and Reels.
